Intellectual Property

All content published on the spotmedia website, including texts, images, logos, designs and code, is the exclusive property of spotmedia Agency or its licensed partners.

No content may be copied or distributed without prior written permission

Ownership rights of completed projects are fully transferred to the client upon final payment per the agreed contract

spotmedia retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Publishing offensive, defamatory, or hate-inciting content
